Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start a meal subscription?

Open the Tiffsy app, browse available kitchen plans, select a subscription (daily, weekly, or monthly), choose your meal slots, and complete payment. Your meals will start from the next available delivery window.

Can I skip a meal or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can skip individual meal slots or pause your entire subscription directly from the app. Navigate to My Subscriptions → Manage and choose the relevant option. Skips must be made at least 2 hours before the meal window closes.

How do I change my delivery address?

Go to Profile → My Addresses to add or update delivery addresses. Note that address changes for active subscriptions may apply from the next delivery cycle depending on the kitchen's delivery zone.

What payment methods are supported?

We support all major payment methods via Razorpay:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
How do refunds work?

If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., a skipped or cancelled meal), it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay. You can track refund status under My Orders → Refunds.

How does the referral program work?

Share your unique referral code with friends. When they sign up and place their first order, both of you receive a discount voucher applied to your next subscription. Go to Profile → Refer & Earn to find your code.

My order was not delivered. What should I do?

First, check the live tracking in the app. If the issue persists, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID. We will investigate and resolve it within 24 hours, including issuing a replacement or refund if applicable.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at support@tiffsy.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days and permanently delete all your personal data.

I have a complaint about food quality. What should I do?

We take food quality very seriously. Please reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your Order ID. We will escalate the complaint to the kitchen and ensure a resolution (refund or replacement).

How do I apply a coupon or voucher?

During checkout, tap Apply Coupon and enter your code. Eligible discounts will be applied automatically. Each coupon has its own terms including minimum order value and expiry date — check the coupon details in the app.
